Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused coffee products in their original packaging.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@sr54coffee.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected and approved.
